I grew up in Boulder, Colorado, at the foothills of the mountains, surrounded by active people, who were focused on a healthy lifestyle. I’ve always been interested in natural health solutions, but didn’t know much about them.
When I was in my third year of University, I got very sick. I was on a lot of prescription meds. The side effects were intolerable and to be honest I really wasn’t getting any better. I felt hopeless and confused. My health was out of my control. I realised that I needed to educate myself in order to be able to take care of myself. This sparked my deeper interest and curiosity in natural ways to live a healthy life.
Over the course of a few years, I tried a LOT of things. Some were helpful, some were overly complicated, but mostly, I couldn’t afford weekly treatments with natural health practitioners.
But none of them left me feeling empowered, equipped with the tools I needed to care for myself.
Then a friend introduced me to essential oils. The more I learned about essential oils–how effectively they work with my body, the safety of them, the ease of use–the more I felt a change in my health and confidence. Essential oils put me in control of my health and my environment.
I use essential oils daily to help support countless things, from clean eating & gut health, to reducing sugar cravings & skin problems, to balancing my moods & sustaining my energy levels. And at home, I replaced every one of my toxic cleaners with essential oils or products infused with essentials oils.
Thanks to essential oils, I am happy and confident knowing that I have control over my health. I experience balance in my daily life, and now I want to share those same feelings with you.
I am passionate about teaching and sharing this amazing natural gift with you. I look forward to helping you along your journey to find your happy, healthy self.
